We started giving Isaac a creatine supplement this past weekend. We thought long and hard about it and decided to go ahead and give him a small dose. I'll update if we see any changes. Its all so scary when you feel like you are winging it with your kid's health.

What are the drawbacks to giving him small amounts of Creatine? I always assumed it was the athletes that used it in excess caused problems.. Did someone caution you about possible side effects or something?
